Die original Tasting-Notes

On the nose: Fresh sea air meets bright heather blossom, overlaid with just a trace of peat smoke. Full of promise.

On the palate: Sultanas and dates, treacle and honey. There’s an unusual depth of sweetness, with new flavours unfurling over time. A hint of marzipan evokes - appropriately - memories of Christmas cake.

Finish: Sweet notes remain until the very end, with soft heather honey fading to warm caramel. Delicious.
