Abgefüllt wurde er aus nur zwei Fässern aus dem Jahr 2016, einem Oloroso Sherry Butt und einem Bourbon Barrel, wie immer in natürlicher Farbgebung und ohne Kühl-Filtrierung.

TASTING NOTES Nose: Orchard fruits meet vanilla with a delectable overtone of sherry sweetness. Yummy. Palate: Shortbread and scented wood meet cherries and pears. There’s a delightful panoply of flavours and a subtle creaminess to the spirit. The tannins are supple, adding depth to the lush savoury sweetness. Finish: Creamy fruit flavours drift away, leaving a lingering hint of oak and vanilla. Simply gorgeous, right to the end.
